To celebrate the launch of Montblanc’s new seasonal leather collection, Fusion partnered with the brand to deliver a premium retail activation at Chadstone Shopping Centre. The project required a full end to end solution, from concept execution to on site delivery, ensuring the prestige of Montblanc was brought to life in one of the Southern Hemisphere’s most iconic retail destinations.

Our dynamic team of experts designed and built a custom pop up shop that reflected Montblanc’s craftsmanship and luxury heritage, incorporating refined materials and meticulous detailing. Fusion managed the complete bump in and bump out process, coordinating seamlessly to deliver within strict centre timelines. Alongside the pop up, Fusion executed in store merchandising, ensuring product presentation aligned with Montblanc’s high standards of sophistication.
To further amplify visibility, we installed a striking window campaign at the main entrance of Chadstone, creating a cohesive brand experience that engaged shoppers from the moment they arrived.
